decline in service quality
service decline cold dish
the service quality was not what i expected i asked for olive oil during a meal at the buffet i spoke to five different staff members. all of them said they would bring it. no one ever did i waited for over 20 minutes my dish was cold by then the service declined significantly

unfriendly staff kids club
i didn't want to leave this area. the grounds was maintained fine and the room was ok.
the service was not great from some people. the staff weren't attentive and weren't friendly. when i visited the kids club with my child, the staff barely acknowledged us and the club need an upgrade.
